The child’s tuition is due prior to services rendered. If the tuition payment
is late, a $5.00 late fee
will be added. Repeated late payments are cause for discontinuation of
enrollment.
A late fee of $5.00 will be charged for every fifteen minutes past the regularly
scheduled time of pick up. After the initial fifteen minutes, there will be
a charge of one dollar per minute added to the late fee. Prior arrangements
can be made a week in advance for times or days when the time needs to be extended
in order to ensure proper staff coverage. Hourly rates will be charged for
this request, but a child is not allowed to stay longer than a twelve-hour period.
A late fee of $20.00 for the first fifteen minutes will be charged past the twelve
hour time period, after the initial fifteen minutes there will be a charge of one
dollar per minute added to the late fee.
A $25.00 fee for all returned checks will be applied to your billing statement.
In cases of child absences due to illness, the payment for absent day(s) will not
be refunded. Parents are required to inform the Center, prior to the arrival time,
if the child is going to absent or late. The Center will need a two-week advance
written notice for absences due to vacation and holidays. Holiday’s that require
a two week notice are: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, New
Year’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Easter Sunday. If written
notice is not provided within the designated time period, tuition payment for the
time the child is not in attendance will be expected if it is a regular scheduled
day of attendance.
For full time enrollees, up to one week of vacation without payment will be allowed.
Any time away from the Center beyond this amount will be expected to pay the regular
weekly fee.
Tuition is due in advance. If payment is not received within three days from
the parent the child(ren) will not be allowed to return until payment is received.
For the late fee charges, fees are due at the time of late pick up or as decided
by the Director.
