Community Living Supports have staff available to provide direct care within the individual’s home or apartment.  The service is designed to accommodate individuals who have developmental disabilities or mental illness in a setting that is their own. The individual typically is able to function on a higher level of independence but need supervision of services while being trained to learn skills in order to live on their own.
